Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) คืออะไร? อาการและผลกระทบจากการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์นาน

Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) คือ กลุ่มอาการทางตาที่เกิดจากการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์หรือจอดิจิทัลติดต่อกันเป็นเวลานาน ทำให้เกิดอาการตาล้า ปวดศีรษะ ตาแห้ง หรือมองเห็นไม่ชัด สาเหตุหลักมาจากการใช้สายตาในระยะและมุมที่ไม่เหมาะสม รวมถึงความสว่างหน้าจอที่ไม่พอดี หากละเลยอาการเหล่านี้อาจส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและสุขภาพดวงตาในระยะยาว การตระหนักรู้และปรับพฤติกรรมการใช้หน้าจอจึงเป็นกุญแจสำคัญในการลดความเสี่ยง CVS
