ซีลีเนี่ยม (Selenium)

ซีลีเนียม (Selenium) เป็นแร่ธาตุที่ร่างกายต้องการในปริมาณเล็กน้อย แต่มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการทำงานของร่างกาย โดยเฉพาะในฐานะ สารต้านอนุมูลอิสระ ที่ช่วยปกป้องเซลล์จากความเสียหายของอนุมูลอิสระ ซีลีเนียมยังมีส่วนสำคัญในการสนับสนุน ระบบภูมิคุ้มกันและการทำงานของต่อมไทรอยด์ รวมถึงเกี่ยวข้องกับเอนไซม์หลายชนิดที่ช่วยควบคุมกระบวนการต่าง ๆ ในร่างกาย การได้รับซีลีเนียมอย่างเหมาะสมจึงช่วยส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยรวมและช่วยลดความเสี่ยงของความเสื่อมของเซลล์ในระยะยาว.
